There are three apartments, each occupying a complete floor of a stylishly restored, stone built Tuscan farmhouse, and each with its own private terrace.

The terraced side of the house faces south east, providing a perfect place to enjoy your first coffee of the day drinking in the huge views across the river Serchio to the wooded Appenines in the warmth of the morning sun.

Many of the original features of the house have been retained, including wooden roof beams, terracotta ceiling and floor tiles and white walls, but in restoring the house we installed double glazed windows with external shutters, central heating, solar panels to heat the water and modern kitchens and bathroom.

The furniture is simple but stylish, there is wifi, cotton bed linen, large towels, lots of storage space and a shared laundry room.

Each apartment is also supplied with outdoor furniture for the terrace and there is a shared garden with a large barbecue, table and a selection of chairs for the use of all guests.
